Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities and forecasts to avoid schedule slips.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems; ensure application of best practices on all projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage progress across multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • •Manage interfaces between suppliers and the project team via trackers, reviews, regular meetings, and written communications; provide technical support and rapid RFI responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
  • •Excellent communication and effective presentation skills.
