Support the Liquid Credit Strategies team’s Restructuring effort by leading liability management and balance sheet restructuring initiatives across Blackstone’s liquid credit platform. Analyze restructuring alternatives, underwrite and structure new-money investments, and coordinate with restructuring advisors and lenders. Perform financial analysis, due diligence, and competitive research, while reviewing legal documentation and drafting internal/external memoranda to inform investment decisions.
