Senior Director of Engineering, Developer Productivity

Lead the Pipeline team within Developer Productivity, owning the end-to-end software delivery pipeline across continuous integration and release enablement. Drive strategy and an operating model for reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency while improving developer-facing experiences. Establish measurement for developer productivity and system health, grow managers and succession depth, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical and organizational trade-offs across engineering and product.
