Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • •Analyze workflows to identify delays, errors, and trends; recommend enhancements for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • •Monitor and report on KPIs across operations, track trends (error rates, turnaround times, NIGO), and support leadership dashboards.
  • •Support prioritization and execution of operational initiatives by tracking milestones, coordinating delivery, and flagging risks or delays.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert on operational systems and workflows to ensure accurate data usage and support compliance alignment with FINRA/SEC requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year college degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • •10+ years in financial services or operations experience in process improvement and performance analysis.
  • •Strong analytical and KPI interpretation skills with ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • •Experience supporting broker-dealer operational processes and regulatory frameworks (FINRA, SEC).
  • •Series 7 and Series 24 are a plus.
