Job Summary

Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of operational processes across asset management functions by analyzing KPIs, spotting trends, and partnering with leadership to enhance service delivery. Facilitate product/process readiness, build reporting dashboards, and help prioritize operational initiatives and track milestones. Act as a subject matter expert on operational systems and data integrity, ensuring alignment with FINRA/SEC broker-dealer requirements and coordinating training and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
•Monitor and report on KPIs across operations, including tracking trends and supporting development of dashboards for leadership visibility.
•Support prioritization and initiative execution by tracking milestones, coordinating progress, and communicating risks or delays.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on operational systems and workflows, ensuring accurate data usage and identifying gaps in data quality.
•Ensure operational alignment with FINRA, SEC, and broker-dealer requirements and coordinate training programs for employees and advisors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-year college degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
•10+ years of financial services or operations experience in process improvement and performance analysis.
•Series 7 and Series 24 a plus.
•Strong analytical and KPI interpretation skills to identify trends and recommend practical improvements.
•Experience with broker-dealer operations and regulatory frameworks (FINRA, SEC).
