Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze financial and operational results, identifying and researching variances to plans and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
  • •Perform data extraction and diagnose financial drivers to support financial insights and recommendations.
  • •Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for functions/business units to address financial business issues and support initiatives.
  • •Provide inputs for monthly expense and capital reviews for budgeting/forecasting and analyze variances using operational analytics.
  • •Interpret financial statements and support book closing by analyzing variances and trends, developing forecasts aligned to business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •1-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Ability to interpret and analyze financial reports including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
  • •Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting integrity.
  • •Foundational understanding of financial modeling, planning, variance analysis, and process improvement.
