Key Responsibilities

  • •Own corporate accounting operations, including the General Ledger, close processes, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany activities.
  • •Lead month/quarter/year close to ensure accurate, well-supported, controlled financial results delivered on time.
  • •Maintain and scale internal controls and build processes that grow with business complexity.
  • •Partner with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
  • •Drive Accounting transformation and AI adoption by improving automation, data quality, controls, process redesign, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or GL accounting functions in a public company or similarly complex environment.
  • •4+ years of people leadership experience, including experience managing managers preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
  • •Strong systems orientation with experience improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
