•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in numerical discipline and concentration in computer science, information systems, or other engineering specializations.
•Experience working within Unsecured Lending, e.g., Product Manager, Finance, Analytics, or Credit Risk.
•Ability to analyze complex business problems with limited or complex data and provide feasible solution frameworks, including Data/Information Management projects.
•Ability to collaborate across business groups and work in cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills.
