Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop PIR staff through regular individual supervision, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • •Conduct staff performance evaluations, set performance goals, and address performance concerns while recognizing achievements.
  • •Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new staff to ensure they understand program requirements and can fulfill their roles.
  • •Provide ongoing case consultation and guidance on complex client situations, promoting sound professional judgment and appropriate solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,000 - 58,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, International Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in refugee resettlement, case management, or a related human services field.
  • •Knowledge of refugee resettlement services, case management practices, and applicable federal, state, and organizational policies.
  • •Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn electronic case management systems.
