Job Summary

Own the end-to-end new joiner experience globally, from offer signed through ramp and connection to the company. Build a consistent onboarding journey across People Operations, IT, Finance, and the broader business, and create scalable systems that help every new hire succeed in every timezone. Lead global onboarding communications, first-day and 30/60/90 frameworks, maintain onboarding materials and guides, and use feedback to improve time-to-productivity and early engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the global onboarding program end-to-end, including pre-boarding communications, first-day experience, first-30/60/90 frameworks, and onboarding feedback.
•Partner with People Operations and IT to ensure operational onboarding steps (system access, equipment, compliance documentation) are completed seamlessly across regions.
•Collaborate with Leads to build team-specific onboarding guides that complement the company-wide program.
•Design and maintain onboarding materials (welcome tasks, wiki documentation, Leads resources) as the company evolves.
•Track and analyze new joiner feedback to improve time-to-productivity and early engagement metrics.
