Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement corporate communications strategy aligned with Group and APAC priorities, leading reputation and narrative across media, external stakeholders, and internal audiences.
•Oversee internal communications to strengthen employee engagement, alignment, and understanding of company strategy, values, and priorities.
•Drive local rollout of the Group’s Sustainability & Responsibility roadmap and lead priority S&R pillars relevant to the local market, tracking performance and reporting progress.
•Monitor political and regulatory developments affecting the business and support agendas with political decision-makers, working closely with TABBA leadership and members.
•Oversee the legal and compliance function with a direct report, covering legal/regulatory compliance, litigation management, corporate governance, risk assessment, and intellectual property.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Policy, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
•10+ years of relevant experience in communication, public relations, public affairs, or corporate affairs.
•Experience with government relations, advocacy, public policy, and political risk analysis (corporate advisory/public administration/consultancy experience is an advantage).
•Excellent command of English with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Strong analytical and writing skills, strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
