Key Responsibilities

  • •Review entity level book to tax calculations, tax returns, tax allocations, and K-1s for federal and multi-state at the investment and feeder fund levels (for partnership, corporations, and mutual funds).
  • •Coordinate with third party fund accountants, financial reporting, and tax advisors to ensure proper accounting of transactions.
  • •Identify potential tax issues upon investment acquisition or disposition.
  • •Assist in new product development, including modeling tax leakage, leading discussions on intended fund structure, and understanding investor concerns.
  • •Review trading activity and securities analysis reports for tax adjustments including wash sales, constructive sales, and straddles.

Key Requirements
