Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AOP and half-cycle sales planning, consolidating segment inputs into an integrated view across SMB segments.
  • •Own consolidated planning deliverables including targets, capacity roll-ups, investment allocation, and program roadmap.
  • •Establish and enforce the sales incentive policy framework, including eligibility, crediting logic, payout mechanics, exception handling, and dispute resolution.
  • •Partner with Sales, Finance, and Compensation leadership to design SPIFFs, contests, accelerators, and plan adjustments; pressure-test proposals with ROI and behavioral risk analysis.
  • •Lead the SMB Monthly Business Review and translate decisions into executive-ready summaries and action-item tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or FP&A.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of a policy or governance framework (not just execution).
  • •Strong cross-functional facilitation and influence-without-authority; comfortable running business reviews and enforcing policy.
