Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and empower up to eight direct reports; define onboarding plans, KPIs, training, and drive team performance.
  • •Ensure high-touch, responsive workplace experience delivery across offices for agents, staff, and visitors.
  • •Direct comprehensive maintenance programs for interior/exterior building conditions, systems, and aesthetics; analyze work order metrics to resolve service gaps and recurring issues.
  • •Collaborate on annual operating and CapEx budgets and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service quality; own cost savings and financial KPIs.
  • •Oversee innovation/security best practices, vendor contract and SLA reviews, and establish audit systems to maintain compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and lease agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management.
  • •People leadership experience managing 5-7 years directly managing team members.
  • •6+ years of project management, including 4+ years leading enterprise workplace/facilities programs.
  • •Strong domain expertise in soft/hard facilities services (e.g., catering, janitorial, security, MEP maintenance) and familiarity with lease operations.
  • •Proven vendor management experience including supplier negotiation, contract administration, and SLA enforcement.
