Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily workload to ensure assigned timelines are met while prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • •Provide best-in-class customer support by monitoring and responding to support tickets/requests and troubleshooting issues with prompt incident responses.
  • •Perform Archer configuration and support for new and changed GRC technologies through the software development life cycle, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • •Handle data operations such as data imports/feeds, single-record modifications/corrections, monitoring data feed or Autosys job failures, and rerunning as needed.
  • •Consult with internal customers to elicit and refine business/technical requirements, research configuration architecture, document designs/business logic, and support platform operations and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience monitoring, managing, and responding to incoming support tickets/requests in Archer.
  • •5+ years of application configuration experience in Archer, preferably 2024.09 or newer.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking with extensive technical troubleshooting experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
