Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic talent partner for Nordics Country Leadership Teams, translating business goals into people strategies and priorities.
  • •Coordinate with other HRBPs and Global Business Practices to ensure a consistent employee experience across the Nordics.
  • •Collaborate with EMEA functional HRBPs and GBPs to plan and execute strategic talent initiatives across the region.
  • •Develop and drive talent management programs to enhance leadership capabilities, improve talent density, and promote inclusion and diversity.
  • •Lead employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, and leaves of absence, in partnership with Employment Legal and Employee Services.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant Human Resources experience in a multinational corporation.
  • •Strong understanding of business and HR concepts, including problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • •Proficiency in Inclusion and Diversity and ability to apply it effectively across cultures and differing needs.
  • •Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization and navigating complex structures.
  • •Demonstrable coaching and consulting experience within a high-performance culture.
