Second Shift Warehouse Manager

Coordinate second-shift pick, pack, loading, and shipping within the Jessup facility while overseeing associates across inbound and outbound processes. Ensure safe workplace practices and enforce performance accountability. Lead staffing activities including hiring, training, payroll and scheduling oversight, and day-to-day direction of hourly teams. Partner with warehouse leadership, corporate departments, and vendor partners on workload priorities and order processing, and support budget preparation and expense control.
