Job Summary

Lead Performance Plans and Reports (PPR) guidance, communications, training, and system requirements for the Performance, Monitoring, and Reporting Division (PMRD) supporting a DoS client in Washington, DC. Partner with information systems developers to maintain and enhance the PPR system, deliver in-person and webinar training, oversee a customer service ticketing process, and analyze PPR data to produce reports and briefings for stakeholders and congressional inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee PPR guidance, communications, training, and all PPR system requirements and functionality for the PMRD team.
•Work with information systems developers to develop PPR system requirements, ensure annual system updates, and recommend system enhancements and maintenance.
•Draft PPR guidance materials and provide in-person and webinar-based training to domestic and overseas staff.
•Provide customer service to missions and bureaus, oversee and troubleshoot a customer service ticketing system, and conduct afteraction reviews of the annual PPR process.
•Analyze PPR system data to create reports and briefings, support Congressional/constituent inquiries, and collaborate with teams on performance reporting formats.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 130,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of recent experience managing large IT systems and databases, including gathering and articulating technical system requirements to software developers in an Agile development methodology.
•Knowledge of software developer terminology and the key steps of Agile development.
•Ability to deliver training orally and via webinar to large audiences and write clear technical guidance for stakeholders ranging from novice to expert.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
•Active Secret (or above) clearance.
