Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and standardize the end-to-end commercial training framework across China for all channels (DTC, B2B, and E-commerce)
•Lead flagship training programs (Elite Store Lead Development, Topic Instructor Development, wholesale key-account workshops) and implement Train-the-Trainer models
•Utilize AI tools and multimedia to translate product specs into scalable micro-learning content synchronized across channels
•Collaborate with global/regional L&D, Commercial Education, Talent, and Community teams to align training strategy with premium brand identity
•Manage the full lifecycle of training initiatives from needs diagnosis through pilot testing to nationwide omni-channel rollout and measure ROI

Key Requirements

•10+ years of training experience in premium retail or sports performance, with at least 5 years in instructional design and curriculum architecture
•Demonstrated ability to build deep, aesthetically engaging training materials and to facilitate senior store managers
•Direct experience or strong understanding of omni-channel retail (DTC, B2B wholesale) in China
•Growth mindset with curiosity to learn new digital tools (LMS, AI) and a results-driven approach to training impact
•Strong cross-functional collaboration with L&D, Commercial Education, Talent, and Retail teams across regions
