Key Responsibilities

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (e.g., Associate’s + 2 years, or High School + 4 years).
  • •Conduct title and property research, including parcel data research and review of title/property information.
  • •Have land development or real estate experience and use negotiation skills to coordinate acquisition discussions.
  • •Coordinate with property owners, title companies, and attorneys as part of the acquisition process.
  • •Manage client coordination and be proficient with MS Office; experience with ArcGIS is preferred.
