Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements, document process definitions, and design automation solutions.
  • •Evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities and apply RPA technologies (UiPath/Blue Prism) to automate business processes.
  • •Collect, clean, and analyze data, then use process mining/task mining to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
  • •Develop dashboards and stakeholder-facing reports to communicate insights and support analytics/automation projects.
  • •Assist with prompt engineering, AI agent configuration, and testing/debugging/deploying automations, including reviewing model outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, MIS, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.0 with relevant coursework in computer science/data science.
  • •Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath/Blue Prism) and process mining methods, plus interest in advanced orchestration.
  • •Foundational programming experience (e.g., VB.Net, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, PowerShell, Bash, VBA, Python, R, or SQL).
  • •Experience with REST APIs and JSON, including OAuth and webhooks (exposure to LLMs/chatbots is preferred).
