Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive supplier performance management, consolidate monthly portfolio metrics, and evaluate operational capacity, rate capability, and supply chain risks.
  • •Lead high-level cross-supplier incident responses for non-conformities and safety issues, and define long-term Supplier Quality Improvement Plans (SQIP) and quality approvals.
  • •Lead strategic cross-program initiatives by validating Call for Tender (CFT) inputs and assigning final Supply Chain & Quality (SCQ) ratings for supplier selection.
  • •Define, plan, and report sub-commodity audits and assessments to ensure compliance with required certifications and strategic alignment.
  • •Coach and support fellow SCQMs in development or crisis management, and act as the primary focal point for the Wichita Sparrow supply chain.
