Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth.
  • •Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration, tuning agents in production.
  • •Collaborate with large enterprises and London startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their stack.
  • •Shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features.
  • •Partner with research, product, and platform teams to define ADLC best practices and scale agent deployments.
