Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth.
•Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration, tuning agents in production.
•Collaborate with large enterprises and London startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their stack.
•Shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features.
•Partner with research, product, and platform teams to define ADLC best practices and scale agent deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 150,000 - 315,000 annually
