Build and expand client relationships by delivering an industry-leading in-person and phone service experience. Consultatively discuss financial needs, recommend deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement products, and support growth through referrals to internal specialists. Handle teller transactions as needed, take consumer loan applications, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while meeting individual and branch sales targets.
