Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce, manage, and maintain spatial datasets, geodatabases, and cartographic outputs; perform spatial analysis and QA/QC aligned with ISO 19100 standards.
  • •Design, build, test, and maintain Python/ArcPy automation and geoprocessing models to streamline GIS workflows.
  • •Develop and support web GIS applications and dashboards using JavaScript, ArcGIS API, Experience Builder, and StoryMaps; integrate via REST APIs and SQL queries.
  • •Support ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal/Server installation, configuration, upgrades, licensing, and user roles/permissions; publish and troubleshoot GIS services.
  • •Administer geodatabase/SDE and coordinate cloud-hosted GIS deployments (Azure/AWS), including backups and disaster recovery, and collaborate across BIM/CDE teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related (Master’s preferred).
  • •5–8 years of relevant experience across GIS delivery, automation/application development, and GIS Enterprise administration.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing Python/ArcPy automation and web GIS applications in a production environment.
  • •Working knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal/Server administration (installation, security, service publishing).
  • •Esri certification (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise Administration, Desktop Associate/Professional) and/or a programming language certification is preferred.
