Key Responsibilities

  • •Own AI infrastructure strategy and roadmap to ensure the right AI admin, governance, and compliance controls for enterprise deployment.
  • •Define how AI sessions and agent activity are permissioned, stored, and governed across Box products (including Box Automate).
  • •Build enterprise-grade auditability and observability for AI to help customers govern user and agent interactions with enterprise content.
  • •Define the agent platform approach for AI security use cases, including administrative controls for model selection and policy enforcement.
  • •Partner across Security, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to meet standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, Export Control, EU AI Act) and translate customer requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 231,000 - 288,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience owning technically complex platform, security, governance, compliance, infrastructure, or enterprise products.
  • •Strong technical foundation to engage with architects and senior engineers on system architecture, APIs, identity and permissions, data models, and platform trade-offs.
  • •Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance, translating complex requirements into scalable product capabilities.
  • •Experience with AI/ML systems and emerging AI security risks, especially those related to agents, tool use, permissions, and autonomous actions.
  • •Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering and product teams and influence leaders in ambiguous, high-dependency spaces.
