Sanitation Technician - 2nd Shift

Clean and sanitize process equipment to maintain a safe, hygienic environment for producing and packaging quality foods. Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule and GMPs, operate powered cleaning tools, and perform disassembly/reassembly of production equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidance, PPE, and chemicals/SDS handling, including allergen elimination. Work independently on rotating 2nd shift with overtime as needed, supporting continuous improvement initiatives like 5S.
