  • •Oversee infrastructure and landscaping operations across communities, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and service-provider performance.
  • •Supervise infrastructure projects including utilities, public realm assets, and landscaping with full accountability.
  • •Ensure compliance with FM systems, processes, and standards; provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
  • •Manage service agreements by monitoring provider performance for maintenance, handling customer complaints, and addressing non-compliance while ensuring timely payments.
  • •Own budgeting and continuous improvement activities, including value engineering, budget variance tracking, CAPEX/OPEX planning, asset registry, and enhancement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •8+ years in infrastructure construction and 4+ years in maintenance management.
  • •Strong expertise in infrastructure systems, processes, standards, and local regulations (roads, utilities, sewage).
  • •Proven experience managing contractors and third-party service providers in community or property management environments.
  • •Advanced analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in property management systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
