Key Responsibilities

  • •Own business performance management, KPI reporting, and operational reviews, including operational reviews across teams.

  • •Advise customers on AI adoption, workflow redesign, organizational change, and measurable value realization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), PE firm, high-growth startup, or comparable environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • •Excited to work in-person five days per week in San Francisco.
