Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through consistent and proactive communication.
•Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
•Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for partners and Glovo.
•Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization.
•Take ownership of partner onboarding in the app — from store setup to their first days on Glovo — focusing on operations, marketing, and sales.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery.
•Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
•Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and data-driven problem solving.
•Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization skills; able to plan strategically and execute hands-on.
•Good knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus; fluent Italian and English.
