Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure correct inventory at stores by analyzing inventory status and updating ordering parameters to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock.
  • •Monitor stock movement daily and run daily inventory adjustment reports.
  • •Maintain replenishment model parameters (lead times, reorder point, economic order quantity, supplier minimum order quantities) and ensure accurate system inputs.
  • •Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store orders, and track order receipt and dispatch to suppliers.
  • •Coordinate inventory management with Category Managers and liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting and replenishment; keep accurate inventory records and deliver analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Inventory Controlling & Demand Planning.
  • •Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize while delivering solutions.
  • •Able to interact with senior-level executives and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on approach using various tools.
  • •Fluent in English and Arabic (highly advantageous).
