Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver care to injured workers through respectful, trauma‑informed communication and return‑to‑work support.
  • •Set clear expectations and motivate recovery and RTW through regular, meaningful engagement.
  • •Partner closely with employers to strengthen understanding, participation, and confidence in the RTW process.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with case managers and provide timely updates on claim and RTW progress.
  • •Improve recovery and RTW outcomes through early, sustainable RTW strategies and adherence to WorkSafe Victoria program requirements.
