SR OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Manage offshore construction execution by coordinating engineering documents, marine spread requirements, survey inputs, and pipe-coating scope. Own day-to-day communication with internal departments and the client, supervise offshore material readiness, and align subcontracted works, schedules, and technical/commercial evaluations. Lead risk/opportunity initiation, variation/claim activities, quality audits, safety plan and HSEMS implementation, and ensure timely submissions, approvals, and reporting throughout project delivery.
