Key Responsibilities

  • •Finalize construction aids and AFC drawings, and prepare marine spread requirements for the project.
  • •Coordinate survey requirements, pipe-coating scope, and construct-ability reviews of engineering drawings and analyses.
  • •Prepare offshore work scope and schedules for subcontracted works; coordinate technical and un-priced commercial evaluations and clarifications.
  • •Supervise offshore delivery readiness and performance of OCE roles and the Project Material Coordinator; coordinate with the client from start to completion.
  • •Ensure safety (HSEMS), quality, audits/closeout, lessons learned, and manage variation orders/claims and subcontractor invoice reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •14 years’ experience with proven offshore operations experience.
  • •Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • •Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English, including strong report-writing ability.
