Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third-party systems using automation and intelligent workflows.
  • •Establish data modeling, governance, and trust standards to ensure source attribution, permissions, auditability, and downstream usability.
  • •Architect search, mapping, and investigative product experiences to help users move from questions to action faster.
  • •Direct cross-functional platform initiatives with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver scalable integration capabilities.
  • •Optimize onboarding and data ingestion pipelines to reduce setup friction and remove manual validation bottlenecks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience leading technical platform, data ingestion, API infrastructure, or integration products.
  • •Strong technical fluency across APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and distributed systems tradeoffs.
  • •Experience working with large-scale, multi-source data systems including normalization, auditability, and complex permission models.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, intuitive workflows for operational users, analysts, and administrators.
  • •Experience with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS context, or law enforcement record systems is a plus.
