Own and evolve an educational content program focused on financial news literacy and newsletters, guiding strategy from vision to day-to-day execution. •Define and own the strategic vision for the newsletter program and evolve it using performance insights.
•Build and maintain a business case for the newsletter program for senior stakeholders.
•Develop and execute subscriber growth strategy across organic, paid media, paid social, lifecycle marketing, and content syndication, including campaign oversight and performance analysis.
•Use audience insights and performance data to ensure relevance and iterate content strategy over time.
•Design and operationalize AI integration across content sourcing, creation, and distribution workflows; manage implementation, reporting, and iteration with partners and vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,600 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in content strategy, brand journalism, or content marketing.
•Proven track record of subscriber growth and audience development, including hands-on paid media and paid social experience.
•Data-literate approach: define KPIs, partner with analytics teams, interpret dashboards, and translate insights into strategy.
•Natural cross-functional operator who builds trust and leads through influence across disciplines.
•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
