The North Face Partnership Sales Manager (mfx)

Lead and grow The North Face’s brand network in Poland, with responsibility for partnership/franchise stores and concession-channel performance. Supervise stores to hit sales and profitability targets, manage P&L and seasonal budgets, and drive preorder forecasting through sell-in conversion. Partner closely with HQ Retail teams, Finance, Construction, agencies, and retail marketing while visiting stores to address issues and improve operations, merchandising, and training.
