Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise TNF Partnership stores to achieve sales and profitability targets and drive short-, medium-, and long-term growth.
  • •Develop commercial, profitable product ranges in alignment with HQ Retail teams to maximize profit and sales.
  • •Regularly visit stores to engage with managers and sales staff and address issues with support from Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and territorial agencies.
  • •Manage selling processes, preorder campaigns (forecast, samples, showroom, sell-in presentations, orders uploading), and drive conversion of preorders.
  • •Oversee store P&L, set financial targets and seasonal store budgets; supervise new store openings from planning to execution and manage cross-functional relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant, progressive experience in Retail and Sales Management.
  • •Fluent in Polish and English.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-driven decisions.
  • •Expertise analyzing store Profit & Loss statements, including retail budgeting and financial planning.
  • •Ability to lead and motivate teams and manage commercial negotiations at high levels with partners.
