Hospitality/Catering Assistant

Assist with venue and backstage hospitality by following lead chef/manager recipes and keeping stage and work areas clean. Perform opening, running, and closing side duties in line with company practices, and support event readiness by staying aware of music, promotional, and special events. Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while preparing and serving items such as veggie prep, grilling, roasting, soups, stocks, baking, storage, dishwashing, and front-line setup.
