Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple high-value accounts.
•Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
•Design and implement the technical strategy within the account and work with hands-on resources to demonstrate value.
•Build a movement of technical champions and align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
•Provide structured mentorship and guidance to other team members to drive successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Must have proven pre-sales experience with large enterprise accounts and a track record of driving data-driven transformations.
•Strong production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java and solid cloud/big data expertise.
•Experience with value selling, technical account management, and leading virtual teams within complex deployments.
•Ability to articulate a compelling technical point-of-view to executives and influencers and to build customer champions.
•Nice to have: Databricks Certification.
