Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft and implement the NAND-CMOS roadmap and align it to product roadmaps.
  • •Provide direction to improve the device portfolio in performance and cost effectiveness.
  • •Define, execute, and analyze silicon experiments for next-generation devices.
  • •Interface with design engineers to establish transistor targets, provide transistor models, and optimize critical layout-constrained design rules.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure transistors meet expectations and to debug yield and reliability issues, mentoring less experienced colleagues along the way.
