Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients delivering highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the project lifecycle.
  • •Administer NEC3 and NEC4 ECC contracts, including contract management and financial performance.
  • •Oversee project controls, budgeting/forecasting, and commercial management to meet client objectives.
  • •Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental management is embedded in delivery.
  • •Lead and mentor project management capability, providing leadership in ambiguous and challenging environments while managing multiple work streams.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including contract, financial management, and HSEQ responsibilities.
  • •Significant experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named ECC Project Manager role (or having concluded a representative role in the last 12 months).
  • •Excellent leadership capability to develop teams and lead in challenging environments or through ambiguity.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, building long-term trusted advisor relationships across clients and partner organisations.
  • •Strong commercial, forecasting and budgeting experience, with strong planning, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
