KPB Teller

Support the Key Private Bank team by delivering exceptional teller and client service within a Private Banking Office. Process client transactions with accurate cash handling, balancing, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Provide high-net-worth client support by greeting clients, answering calls, resolving inquiries, and escalating when needed. Assist with basic account opening/maintenance and use CRM systems (including Salesforce) to keep client information accurate while partnering with relationship teams to retain and expand relationships.
