Key Responsibilities

  • •Sicherstellung der korrekten und termingerechten Abbildung für das Pricing im Vertriebsinnendienst, inklusive Pflege von Kundenpreisen, Sonderkonditionen und Preisstrukturen sowie Unterstützung des Vertriebs (Automotive/Industrie und Intercompany) bei preislichen Fragestellungen
  • •Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Schnittstellen, insbesondere den Vertriebsorganisationen der Automotive/Industrie in der Matrix-Organisation an den deutschlandweiten Standorten
  • •Erstellung von Angeboten in enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb
  • •Auftragsanlage und ‑abwicklung von Mustersendungen
  • •Verantwortung für die Pflege, Anlage und Korrektur von Kundenstammdaten

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (mit Zusatzausbildung) und Bezug zum Vertriebs‑ oder Industrieumfeld
  • •Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder vergleichbarer Funktion
  • •Fundierte ERP‑Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise SAP 4/HANA insbesondere im vertriebsnahen Umfeld
  • •Sichere Excel‑Kenntnisse (Auswertungen, strukturierte Datenaufbereitung)
  • •Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM‑Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce
