Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, programming downloads, startup, commissioning, and servicing on assigned HVAC projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for servicing equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing systems at customer locations.
  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required; typically 10+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified offenses) in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA certification is preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
  • •Ability to meet physical and safety requirements for field work, including PPE use and ladder/rooftop access.
