Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design for your feature area from concept to launch, defining and iterating experiences that improve user outcomes and commercial KPIs.
  • •Operate as a strategic peer to product and engineering leads, proactively identifying and resolving dependencies.
  • •Ship thorough work across interaction details including states, edge cases, dark mode, localisation, and RTL.
  • •Design holistically within existing systems by using, extending, or proposing exceptions to the design system.
  • •Conduct research and use data to validate work and shape measurable success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing and shipping impactful digital products at scale, including leading design for a significant product area in a fast-iterating environment.
  • •End-to-end expertise in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design thinking, turning complex problems into a shipped design vision.
  • •Fluency with design systems (consuming, contributing to, and stress-testing).
  • •Working fluency with AI in your design process, using AI tools daily for exploration, prototyping, content, and research synthesis.
