Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and onboard Tier-1 prospects within the Defence and Aerospace sectors.
  • •Sell complex FX hedging strategies, cash management, and supplier payment financing tailored to long-cycle defence contracts.
  • •Build and leverage relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors to align with budgeting and risk appetite.
  • •Serve as the internal Defence Expert and provide feedback to Product teams to shape a best-in-class roadmap for the sector.
  • •Maintain a rigorous Salesforce pipeline and ensure data-driven sales and high-quality relationship management.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to speak the language of defence finance, including fixed-price bids, long-term procurement, and sovereign risk.
  • •Proven skill as a master negotiator for high-value deals and complex financial concepts.
  • •Experience building and leveraging C-suite relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
  • •A culture-first leadership approach—mentor others and set the gold standard on the sales floor.
  • •Fluency in English (a second language is a bonus).
