Oversee day-to-day box office operations for concert events at The Van Buren and assigned venues, serving as the main ticketing contact and ensuring exceptional guest service. Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of box office personnel, manage nightly operations (sales, will call, scanning), build events in ticketing software, and coordinate with internal teams to process orders and release tickets. Maintain accounting records, safe reconciliation, and settlement reports, monitor ticket inventory and ticketing tech.
