Job Summary

Build and maintain automated verification systems that help the Software Platform foundations team ship high-quality, traceable releases. You’ll develop reference and representative test environments (including hardware-in-the-loop), improve performance testing in CI/CD with reliability best practices, and implement AI-enabled automation to catch issues early. Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive features from ambiguous problem statements to green-in-CI code across multiple SWP teams.

•Build and implement robust automated systems for development, verification, and deployment to ensure quality and performance.
•Develop and maintain reference and representative test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop systems.
•Implement critical software interfaces and product features that enable seamless end-to-end testing across complex systems.
•Maintain and improve performance testing integration into CI/CD pipelines, including establishing performance baselines and preventing regressions.
•Implement AI-enabled automation to find and fix issues early without impacting developer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

•10+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
•DevOps practices with CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and SRE principles.
•Hands-on experience automating Hardware-in-The-Loop (HITL) and Software-in-The-Loop (SITL) in production release processes.
•Expertise developing automated regression, unit, and integration tests.
•Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting, plus experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
