Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs. Provide consultative guidance on deposit and loan products, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate customers on digital and self-service tools, deliver an optimal client experience, and partner with branch teams to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
