Job Summary

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment for customers on site. Key Responsibilities

•Carry out installations, maintenance, fault diagnostics, and repairs on-site at customer locations for mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
•Analyze complex datasets from ticketing systems and other digital tools to identify error patterns, root causes, and continuous service improvements.
•Use modern remote-support technologies (e.g., video assistance, AI video) and remote troubleshooting tools to resolve issues from afar.
•Instruct and train customers in operating, maintaining, and using the company’s technological solutions (e.g., IoT, RPA, ServiceMax).
•Independently manage service demand and closely collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and internal quality/technical teams in Löhne.

Key Requirements

•Completed technical training as an electrician/electrical technician/mechatronics technician (m/w/d) or a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
•At least 2 years of experience in technical field service (Außendienst) and a valid Class B driver’s license.
•Very good German skills and good English skills for communication and technical documentation.
•Experience with complex systems and modern technologies such as IoT, ServiceMax, RPA, plus remote support and diagnostic tools.
•Strong problem-solving under pressure with excellent communication and a service-oriented working style.
