  • •Carry out installations, maintenance, fault diagnostics, and repairs on-site at customer locations for mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • •Analyze complex datasets from ticketing systems and other digital tools to identify error patterns, root causes, and continuous service improvements.
  • •Use modern remote-support technologies (e.g., video assistance, AI video) and remote troubleshooting tools to resolve issues from afar.
  • •Instruct and train customers in operating, maintaining, and using the company’s technological solutions (e.g., IoT, RPA, ServiceMax).
  • •Independently manage service demand and closely collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and internal quality/technical teams in Löhne.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical training as an electrician/electrical technician/mechatronics technician (m/w/d) or a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in technical field service (Außendienst) and a valid Class B driver’s license.
  • •Very good German skills and good English skills for communication and technical documentation.
  • •Experience with complex systems and modern technologies such as IoT, ServiceMax, RPA, plus remote support and diagnostic tools.
  • •Strong problem-solving under pressure with excellent communication and a service-oriented working style.
