Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-first medical software features such as patient files, consultation audio transcription, workplace risks, video consultations, and appointment scheduling.
•Develop and maintain the “customer setup” systems that simplify affiliation, contracting, billing, and risk declarations for HR teams.
•Design and implement the onsite and online member experience for workers and health professionals, including within the Paris medical center.
•Collaborate closely with doctors and nurses to understand needs and co-build technical solutions.
•Work with Product Designers, User Researchers, Operations, and other engineering teams to ship new capabilities in a 0-to-1 environment.

Key Requirements

•2+ years shipping production-quality fullstack features; backend or frontend specialization is fine as long as you’re comfortable with both.
•Comfort building scalable, reliable systems with real-world uptime and regulatory constraints.
•Love zero-to-one work: building new products from scratch and handling ambiguity.
•Think product-first—consider doctors, HR admins, and employees as much as the code.
•French fluency is a plus for interacting with the medical team or customers.
