Key Responsibilities

•Manage international credit payment (BNPL) operations, including e-commerce partnerships, seller collaborations, and creator/MCN collaborations.
•Drive growth of BNPL GMV and budgeted amounts.
•Analyze and monitor operational performance of assigned projects and recommend product iteration improvements based on conversion rates and user profiles.
•Continuously introduce advantageous collaborations and budgets with influencers, merchants, and brands based on industry/category trends.
•Improve the effectiveness of collaborative projects and establish benchmark cases/methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in merchant operations and influencer operations in the credit payment or e-commerce industry.
•Strong coordination and planning skills, with a focus on communication, coordination, and negotiation.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build relationships with partners.
•Knowledge of data analysis skills to identify and solve problems using operational data.
